I wanted to write to thank you for your fantastic service. I am really happy that when I called to ask for a quote, I received a courteous and friendly person, who organised everything efficiently and with professionalism.
I also received a call this morning to let me know the mechanic was on the way, which I really appreciated. The mechanic, who attended, Michael, was professional and friendly.
It is so rare to get such a high level of customer service that I just had to write to thank you all!
