Hi,
I am writing in regards to a service that was just performed on my wife Stephanie Hofstetter’s car by one of your technicians, Stan.
Stan came to our house in Silvan this morning for a service and we were extremely happy with the work he did on my wife’s car. He arrived on time, was extremely friendly, and explained everything to us thoroughly, in a way that we could understand.
He is obviously someone who takes pride in his work and we would be more than happy to have him service our car again.
